Allan Capdehourat is an artist who lives movement in all its forms. Blending photography, dance, and design, he creates poetic bridges between body and image, exploring art as both language and a way of being in the world. His work goes beyond the aesthetic or commercial — it’s a creative dive through stories, gestures, and atmospheres.

With a background in Advertising and Marketing, Allan began his visual journey through photography, capturing the world in still frames. But it was in contemporary dance that he found flow, embodiment, and meaning. His experience at Núcleo Contemporâneo Porta 3 marked the start of a deep and sensitive exploration of movement as art.

Since then, Allan has been weaving together references, techniques, and languages. He actively participates in workshops, residencies, and artistic collaborations — stitching together (sometimes literally) photography, performance, costume, video, and dance into soulful, hybrid creations.

With a solid foundation in graphic design and experience in major advertising agencies in Paraná, Allan brings a sharp eye for visuals and a distinct signature that runs through everything he creates — from fashion to photography, from stage to screen.

In his work, light and movement meet in compositions that explore the body’s dialogue with objects, spaces, and natural elements. Textures, recycled and organic materials shape an aesthetic that speaks to the environment and the moment being portrayed.

More than an artist, Allan is creator and creation, mind and matter, performance and image. Each project is an invitation to feel, think, and move — an art that dances with the eyes, the body, and with time.
